So how do you get a sample submitted and results back in a timely manner?

To order an analytical service
After finding the laboratory that will provide you with the analytical service, contact that laboratory. If you are requesting multiple services, contact LUCAS customer service by calling 807-343-8590, or emailing. Customer service will be more than happy to assist you.
 
When you contact us, together we will...
  1. Coordinate sample submission and method of delivery. You may submit your sample in person, or by post. If dropping off your sample in person, it is important to coordinate your drop off with LUCAS or laboratory staff.
  2. Go over payment and billing options such as cash, cheque, credit card, and PO.
  3. We will provide you with an estimated processing time for the sample, so you know when you should get your results.
  4. Results are sent to you via email or post upon your payment.
